Leveraging my decade of sales and pre-sales consulting experiences from my professional career in an MNC, my approach in assisting clients in the property market is service oriented and solution focused.
As such, I excel in mostly private sales/rental market where the clients are mainly investors; since it requires a business mindset which I like to engage in. My listings are ALL from these clients and their referrals (friends/relatives) therefore you'll see some mix of commercials, HDB and even low-end room rental listings in my portfolio (as a service to keep a long-term relationship building with my clients).
