Lim Siew Bee (Jeannie Lim) is Associate Group Director with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd since 1st January 2024 after crossing-over from another top agency.

Lim is an avid real estate investor turned successful realtor coming from a humble background. Amongst the properties she has invested in are Freehold properties in D09, Tanjong Rhu (D15), Bugis (D07), Normanton Park (D05) and is currently owning and staying in a lovely property in Robertson Quay by Singapore River.

Lim has a Master of Science in Real Estate and had been helming property development in her last employments with reputable listed property developers. Keeping herself abreast of the new rules and regulations by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), passionate about Ministry of National Development's (MND) vision (50yr concept plan & 5yr master plan) & together with her deep knowledge of development, she is forward-looking in her real estate approach.

Lim believes the 2 most important criteria in property investment are entry price & liveability. Every property has an intrinsic value (in Singapore) vs its liveability (layout, facing, facilities, amenities). Shockingly many buyers get emotional & bought well above its market value & hinders their exit possibilities .
