During this time, Joseph showed us many properties but always within our guidelines. He was eager to understand what our criteria were and to use our time efficiently by providing as much information as possible prior to the visit. This information often included floor plans. This enabled us to concentrate our time viewing properties of interest only.

Joseph is very systematic in his approach. He prepared and updated a spreadsheet of the properties viewed including an evaluation so we could easily compare various homes over time. He has a very good understanding of the intricacies of the Singapore property market and gladly shared his knowledge in total openness.

Once our home was purchased, Joseph introduced us to several banks to compare mortgage rates.

When he heard that we were in the process of selling another property he sent us a 36 page independent evaluation report on the property to help us better its appeal to the market.
