Liza Xu

Liza's initial exposure to the Real Estate Industry was way back in 2005. Liza worked for Far East Organisation (FEO) under the Serviced Residences and Far East Hospitality Service. Her responsibilities included Sales (leasing) and Marketing of 11 Serviced Apartments, pricing negotiations and reviewing of lease documentations as well as building long term partnerships with direct guests and corporate clients. Her consistency in exceeding sales revenue target earned her the Leasing Rookie Award 2004/2005 (Best Newcomer Award)

Liza relocated to Tokyo in 2007. While in Japan, Liza completed the intermediate level business Japan language and obtained qualification in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 2.

In 2010, Liza relocated back to Singapore to join Kajima Overseas Asia Pte Ltd. She handled Sales and Marketing of Kajima's high-end residential development and worked with mainly high net worth clients.

Liza joined OCBC in 2015 as a mortgage specialist, working with real estate agents, lawyers and developers to promote the bank's housing loans. Working with OCBC has enable Liza to have an initimate knowledge of real estate financing.

Liza joined ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd in 2017. Her results have been very consistent and she is looking forward to make her mark in the real estate brokerage industry.
