Nick is a firm believer in accumulating wealth through property investment. He won a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) scholarship and graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with an Honours (2nd Upper) Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007.

After completing his bond with the SAF, he left the civil service to pursue his passion in real estate. As a salesperson, he has consistently delivered the results for his clients, receiving numerous Top Producer Awards along the way.

Nick is one of the few elite salesperson in Singapore who had attained the Certificate - in - REA (Real Estate Agency). Nick started his own real estate agency, Property Avenue Pte Ltd in 2015. In 2016, he also co-founded Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI) Pte Ltd. To date, SRI Pte Ltd has more than 1,200 active salesperson serving the different real estate sectors in Singapore!
