Designed by award-winning Japanese architect Kenzo Tange, Teletech Park is a three-storey research building with two interconnecting blocks. It stands as the first facility in Asia to be purpose-built for telecommunications research and development.

Supporting the needs of businesses in IT, media, product design & development, and engineering research & development, Teletech Park features modular units with false ceilings, central air-conditioning, and raised flooring. Breakout areas are distributed throughout the building, providing tenants with spaces for collaboration and discussions. Teletech Park also offers amenities, including a cafeteria and a childcare centre.
