Novena Medical has been selling for quite some time. But I think you should keep options open and broaden the scope.
Actually unless you have a specific need to be near to other doctors (who might be your competitors). Being in the same place does not guarantee you business. It does provide some level of convenience, having lab services, access to medical supplies, pharmacies, and being centrally located does have its attractive points.
If you are in the field of aesthetic medicine - you will be faced with a large number of competitors being located there. It might be a good thing if you are able to attract your competitor's clients to your clinic, but the sword cuts both ways :)
To be able to operate a clinic you do not need to at Novena Medical Center, it might be in other locations as long as it has water entry and discharge points. It might be in office building.
