Can foreigner buy HDB be shop?
If it's only for citizen and PR, does it follow the same rules like HBD such as two PR or citizen is required to buy a HDB shops.
I'm planning to apply loan on my name hence prefer to registered under my name only while i have my HDB home registered as couple.
