Hi Mr Luca,

Of course, and the best thing is you can get up to 80% loan for the purchase if you are eligible without any Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty. On top of that, these group of properties generally allows you to have better rental returns that residential therefore I have to say you are indeed brilliant in having this thought of owning an industrial or commercial property.
