1. Can I buy a commercial property under personal name and keep it for a few years ( I do not wish to renting it out) and wait for it to appriciate in value and then sell it at a better price?


-- In another word. Is it a must for owner of a commercial property to rent it out or use it for his own business. Can he buy a commercial property(under personal name) and leave it vacant until he sell it.
