Dear all,
I need to look for an office space (approx. 2000-2100sqf) in a modern looking building for a company (I am not a real estate agent). As the company is in the business of professional kitchen equipment, the office will have a small area (~15%) dedicated to product demo for corporate clients.
Due to the need for cooking, I need to install a ducted exhaust hood within the facility. Through my initial queries, I find that this requirement is a no-go for most building managements / landlords, especially those of modern looking buildings as such an installation is deemed to negatively affect the facade.
1) What is the usual norm for getting around this problem?
2) I have specific power requirements (40KW, 3 phase). Presuming a unit does not meet the power requirements, is there a way for me to re-configure the power?
Any agent with suitable units in mind is welcome leave a message and I will get in touch with you.
Regards,
HWL
