Dear Experts.
I am a singaporean citizen already own one PC with bank loan.
I am looking for a commercial space for furniture business. my budget is at max SGD 1.5 Million. Space at least 1200sqft. Thinking of looking at HDB shophouse with min 60 years lease left.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me? anyone having any HDB shophouse for sale within above range?

Hello Sir,

Do you have any location preference? I have a couple of Freehold B1 Clean & Light Factories for sale... one is at Jalan Pemimpin & another at Sims Drive... The Sims Drive project called Gemini has very good frontage...and the cheapest unit has about 1636 sq ft of actual floor space... @ about $1.75m...
I believe that the Freehold Status is worth the slightly higher price.
