Can advise how the 60/40 rule applies?
Say I rent a 4000sf unit at a B1 industrial property, the property landlord is already using more than 60 percent space as warehousing, I rent one of his unit under his 40 percent, do I need to follow the 40/60 rule? Can I use the unit solely as office?
