Dear sir,
I have a property in India at Hyderabad around 350sq yrd plot in which we have built a house.Now we want to give it for development to commercial builders,Our neighbour's plot of same measurements is also ready to give his plot for development.Now pls tell us what are all the commercial terms we have deal with them,what are other rules & regulations we have to follow with the builder.Kindly tell us.
