Hi Jay, Most if not all cases requires the buyer to pay GST for u its bought direct from developers, nevertheless, do watch out for discount schemes given by developers such that it is sort of like a rebate to the buyers. As GST is imposed as a requirements by the authorities, there is no way we can avoid paying the GST.
