Yes the Lease Agreement should be signed by all the co-owners of the property.
If this is a hurdle then you might want to consider other/separate arrangements to provide for this, so that not all parties sign. It is possible.

Whether you are the tenant or co-owner, it is in your interest that the documents are in good order and signed appropriately.
