Good day. Potentially I will have around 400-420k cash available once I sold my my current flat and moved into my new BTO. Looking to invest this sum of $$$ for passive income, preferably more than 5-6% yield. My income is ard 55k only though. The new BTO will be taking HDB loan.
I have no preference on either commercial or overseas properties as long as it provides stable >5% yield. But I will need to know the pros and cons between local commerical and especially overseas properties where there are guarantee rental yield.
What happens when the overseas properties guarantee period expired?? Who is going to help manage the overseas properties for me??
