Hello.

I am in the medical professional. I am looking for a commerical property to invest - to mainly be used for clinic purposes only.

My budget is 700-1mil.

I am just starting my hunt and still have limited knowledge. If anyone can shed a good light, will get in touch and we shall discuss more.

Location plays a part in find a space to purchase..
Any location you looking at for a start?
Shophouse costs around $1.3m and up.....
Commercial Space ranges depend very much on location.

Good Evening RRK,

I have a commercial unit at One North. Surrounded by offices in Biopolis, Fusion polis, Ayer Rajar and One North Residences Condo. It is currently tenanted till 2019. Lot of scientist nearby. Nice environment with full condo facilities. It takes about 5 mins walk to One North Station. Pls drop me a msg if you are keen to view the unit. Thanks.
