Hello,

I’m planning to invest about $3m into commercial property to scale up my fnb business into various locations. Can I have some advise about how to maximise my return? Is it better to purchase through personal or company ?

Please kindly contact 96722265  for more information.
Summary: Purchase through company is better - depending on your current company financial status, loan gearing is usually 70%. Up to 75% to 80% case by case basis.

Hi Alex,

Some experts have already given their advice. So I will skip that. Since you are into F&B business, I would like to propose that you look into a food factory that is launching soon! It’s a rare Freehold ramp up factory with only 38 unit and more than 90 parking lots ! Suitable for central kitchen, food processing .

PropNex is the Sole Marketing Agency.

Do give a call or sms and I can send you the ebrochure . It’s going to be launched in mid October 2018.

Hi Alex,

It's recommended to purchase through company, loan wise is dependent if its for own use or for investment.
I'm currently marketing a commercial project that has a guaranteed rental yield at 3% for 3 years. It has both shops and restaurant.

Do call/whatsapp me if you're keen to discuss further.

Cheers!
