Hi Mr Chua,

ABSD only applies to Residential properties in Singapore. If you're looking to purchase a Commercial property, you will be able to loan up to 70-80%, subjected to TDSR. You will need to pay the standard BSD, and possibly GST if the unit is GST-registered. There is no ABSD involved.

Hi Mr. Chua,

ABSD is only applicable to residential properties in Singapore. If the purchase is a full commercial property, no ABSD is applicable. However, buyer stamp duties is applicable and if unit is GST registered, GST is applicable as well. Max loan amount depends on applicant age and income profile and TDSR requirements as well.
