hi all gurus

would like to check on being a buyer of commercial properties , do i need to pay my agent for finding a property for me or do this agent co-broke commission with the seller agent?

If have to pay, how many %??

Importantly, if the agent can find you a suitable unit, you can show your appreciation of the service. Otherwise, the agent only 'introduce' you to the unit. No Dual representation. www.catherinepang.com Read More
