hi, are there any requirements for foreigner to purchase commercial unit at raffles area? any ABSD?

Hi Anna,

There is no restriction in terms of commercial property, no ABSD or Seller Stamp Duty for foreigners. That is one from a few other reason I'm advising my foreign investor to purchase commercial properties.
