Hi everyone,
I am looking for an office space for a business. There are a few requirements:

5000 - 6000 sqft
Close to offices or homes (high population density)
Good visible frontage
Area for easy pick up/alighting

Any help in regard to this will be greatly appreciated!

I have a few options in the east for your considerations, however, it will be good to know how much funds have been set aside for the rental each month? It will be great to know the nature of your business to make the whole proposing process more worthwhile than doing so blindly.
