Hi Guru,
I am considering buying a shophouse in Geylang area and was inform by the agent that the property is within the road line plan. Questions:
1. What will happen when the SLA decides to execute the road development plan?
2. Do I get a compensation, how much?
3. What will happen to the property after the plan has been executed, can I rebuild?
4. Any recommendation or points that I need to pay close attention to in this situation, should I or should not I proceed with the purchase?
