Hi Gurus. I have two questions
1. In terms of yield performance on a 'standard categorisation basis' which sector of investment (office, light industrial or retail) will deliver the best performance from an investment perspective?
2. If I'm seeking a 65%-70% loan for a commercial investment from a bank are there any specific conditions that I should be aware of for commercial investment vs residential investment eg length of tenure of property lease, restricted categories eg heavy industry, length of tenure of loan, restricted geographical areas, limitations on potential business types to lease the premises etc
