Hi Gurus,
I rented a retail space but not able to upkeep the rental. Thus have found a replacement tenant.
New tenant have signed a new TA with the Sub-Landlord.
My question is do i need to do anything on my side? E.g. if new tenant default on payments can the Sub-LL still chase me for it?
