Our first time scouting for a commercial place for passive income. What should we look out for. Looking for a freehold place with tenancy price 300k to 500k. Thanks for your help

hi Theresa, thank you for your call. i missed your 'private number" . The unit is at Ang Mo Kio. My client is away and back around 10 Jun and rented at $3400 monthly. The potential sale is less than $500k. Appreciate if you contact us again.
