Investing in Commercial Property

Hi Gurus, to invest in commercial properties, will one need to clear the HDB MOP of 5 years or we can invest even after newly purchase the HDB? Does it matter? Thanks.

Hi Ms,

You can purchase/invest a commercial property without clearing the HDB MOP.

Hi MS,
Commercial property investment has nothing to do with your HDB MOP, so don't worry .

We have some excellent commercial new properties around Ubi area, with huge potential for high rental yield.
