We are looking into investing in a commercial property we dont have any outstanding loans. Should we buy something close to an MRT? Will the rental be easier and better. We are looking for a freehold or 60 year leasehold and something not exceeding 350K. We would appreciate some honest answers. We will contact the agent if we get a good reply.
