Hi Gurus
We are looking into investing in a commercial property we dont have any outstanding loans. Should we buy something close to an MRT? Will the rental be easier and better. We are looking for a freehold or 60 year leasehold and something not exceeding 350K. We would appreciate some honest answers. We will contact the agent if we get a good reply.

Hi,

it will definitely be easier to rent out the property if it is near to an MRT. However, properties near MRT usually command higher prices and thus may take a longer time before it can be profitable.

    Thank you for your reply Vince. So in your view which areas are good we would like something with tenancy as we feel that it will be better that way.
