Hi,
I am confused if a SOHO is considered as residential or commercial property ? Can somebody buy a commercial SOHO and rent out as if it is a condo or it is mandatory to have a business tag to a SOHO condo unit ?

1) SOHO is pure a marketing move to attract end user

2) It's meant for mainly office usage while the ideal of home living "feeling" is there.
