Hi,
I have read alot on agent's comments on high rental yield for commercial properties but have received some info pertaining to yield which does not consider most factors or asked to visit show room.
What are the factors to consider or components that needs to factor in to derive the actual yield? What's the maximum loan I can take if I intend to invest in 2 properties?
