I have the following questions on exclusive form for commercial property.
1. Is it necessary to give a copy to the landlord immediately after signing?
2. The exclusive form involved three parties, landlord, Agency company and witness. Is it a must to have three names, three signatures for the form to be effective?
3. Is it necessary to endorse the form in the company?
4. Giving an example, The date of the first signature on the 3-month exclusive form is 1 Jan, 2012, but the form only endorsed on 19 Jan 2012. What is the actual starting date of this exclusive contract? I mean, the contact will be expired on 1 April, 2012 or 19 April, 2012?
