Hi, im Foreigner and im Planning to invest and purchase a commercial property. i prefer Strata Retail or mall shop with max budget of 2.5m, its better to be in central district. is it reasonable to have a rental yield of 4.5% which is around 9.5k/month. also, other than GST and Agent commission, what else would i have to pay for the purchase of Com Prop?
