Hi Rahul, for $500K it is rather hard to get a good rental yield Retail unit. Retail units generally are priced high and to get a 5% yield is not likely. But with $500K it is possible to get Industrial properties that can generate such yield. If yo u are still in the market, do contact me for details. Read More
