Hi Via,

We will need to determine what exactly are the experiments you are going to conduct in this laboratory as you may need special permits to do certain experiment in this laboratory you are looking to rent. Is this the first time you are setting up such a facility? If not, perhaps you may wish to provide more technical details or requirements such that we will be able to provide you with more accurate matches.

Hi Via,

There is no official link or sites to catch hold of these information, but more on what type of experiments you will be holding and the potential hazards that may come along with it, for example usage of chemicals for experiments where you will need specific drainage system for the chemicals involved therefore we will need to look for premises which allows such facilities. Perhaps you may like to furnish full details about what will be done through email such that I can get my team to work on these requirements?

    Hi, Thanks for the reply. There will no use of chemicals and water pollution as the space will just be mostly be storing of powdered goods (food related) as well as combination of different powdered goods. The only equipment will be in place will just be a blender machine. We are currently looking for a space size of 1500sqft to 2000 sqft. Do you have any units that you have for considerations? Thanks
