Hi, I'm looking for potential opportunities to invest in commercial properties. I have 100K cash and combined household income > 150K/yr, no debt. Looking for advice on the type of commercial properties to invest in, the financing and any recommendations. Thanks.

Before you start investing in commercial properties, there are some basic fundamentals that you have to look out for if you are a 1st time investor in the commercial properties.

Do look out for the different options available and study them.

Have a specific objective.
