Hi, I'm looking to invest in a property that will be ready for use by June 2013, as my lease is coming to an end in Sep'13. Will be keen in new B1 Light Industrial buildings like Oxley Bizhub, or resale properties around the size of 1,200 - 1,500sqft.

May I suggest that you look out units at Trivex, Crescent @ Kallang or UB.1. These are the newly TOP projects at D12/14 in the last couple of years.

Happened to see your posting. May i know what is your preferred location? Budget? Type of industrial property you are looking at (Ramp-up or flatted)? For comapany operation do you need cargo lifts? There are some industrial properties that do not come with cargo lift. Just a pointer for you.
