Hi, is it normal to have problems finding a tenant for my commercial property in Paya Ubi? Unit's been vacant for 2 months.

Hi Ash,

Do share with me more information on your unit, thus I can further advise you.

If your unit just TOP, it normally will take a longer time to get a tenant as there are too much competitors fighting over tenants.

If not, your rental is not at market rate.
