1. I have bought a HDB Unit 4 Years ago with a New Parent Grant , can I upgrade now ?

2. I am searching for a shophouse or shop space to buy , for F & B Buisness .
Appreciate kind help on sourcing and guidance for a first timer.

Hi Ricky,

MOP is 5 years based on grant.. sometimes might be able to appeal to hdb depending on case by case..

b) for commercial, what are you looking at?
