Good morning.
Last week i went to look at "One Pemimpin" a commercial office that was for sale.
Chatting with the agent, the agent said that the owner of the unit would have made 100% return on their investment years ago on this office purchase.
The comment struck me because
1) What kind of commercial property can yield 100% return in these few years?
2) would buying a new commercial development be better from buy the resale?
3) What kind research / soft ware would you recommend for price research. Eg per sq foot? Ideally the software can work out for residential and commercial. I am ok with subscription
