Hi there, Our company is looking at setting up training Center in Singapore. The size that we require is for 6 cars, 3 classrooms, plus offices for admin, trainers and management. And eventually a common area/cafeteria. ( we prefer ground floor as we need to load and unload car inside the office) We need about 1000m2 plus outside parking. Please advise on the various location of the availability and the estimate price.

Dear madam, Would you mind furnishing me more information on exactly what type of training centre you are referring to? Will you be looking at setting up shop in a landed estate or purely a commercial building. Without more specific information, it is relatively difficult to advise anything. Also, if you do have any specific preference for location.
