Would like to share the following details for our office search:

Looking for: Small private office with a meeting room and storage space
Budget: $1,000 to $2,500 per month
No. of Pax: 30 pax (to be discussed)
Start Date: 01 July 2022
Preferred Office Location(s): Central - okay with either CBD or Orchard

Hello
I am doubtful you can have 30 headcount in a small office with a budget of 2500 max.
You need to be prepared for another wave of covid. How does the space allow for 30 headcount base on space calculation.

Even if you dont have a pantry, a storage room, a boardroom.
You cant achieve that
