Hi, What happened to industrial building once lease expired. Does it will be demolished and land return to government?
Will the owner got compensation like enbloc?

Hi Crystal,

Like all other properties, as long as the lease becomes zero, the land is returned to the State. There will not be any form of compensation in this case.
