Hi Sir,

First i would like to check what type of investment are you looking at? Would it be for capital gains or more for rental yield? Most importantly, what is the risk ratio that you are comfortable with.

IF you tend to lean towards capital appreciation, i would suggest new launches at good locations, near MRT etc.

If you are slightly more adventurous, we can explore d9,10 or 11 in the prime areas.

IF you tend to lean abit more towards rental yield, i would suggest Geylang areas where the rental yield is among one of the highest. However, capital appreciation will be slower.

There are many areas to consider, if you do not mind, we can have a short discussion and from your risk appetite, maybe i can recommend a few properties for your consideration.
