Him I have a famous food stall(appeared on T.V and news papers) in a coffeeshop for taking over. The location of the place is in a central, next to MRT n bus interchange. Profitabloe and got good staffs. I let go due to retirement. May I know how I should go abut it? Do I need to find a agent for it? If so, what will he do and how much will I need to pay? Thank you.

Usual fee for takeover is 10% of the takeover price.
