How long does the commercial rent process take?

If painting or removal of built-ins are required, these works too have a part to consider & usually these can be part of the
T&A proposed on the Letter of Intent (LOI).
Process of these works can take about one (1) week to complete so renting of the commercial space can be fast too if certain requirements required by the incoming tenant
meet the landlord's acceptance.
