Dear sir/mdm,
Are you a registered salesperson? PropertyGuru only accepts paid subscription from registered salespersons to put up their listings for sale or rent. I have just renewed my subscription yesterday in fact for over $13,000 and will also be topping up my advertising credits over the next 12 months.
If you are a property owner looking to sell or rent, I will highly encourage you to appoint the services of a registered agent to carry out the assignment, since commission applicable is only when there is a successful transaction, therefore you can factor in this commission amount into the final sale or rented price, and the buyer or tenant will be the one indirectly paying for the commission. Instead of having to pay for the advertisements where there is a successful transaction or not, I believe this will create beneficial results for both owner and agent, where owner can also leverage on the network already established by the agents to reach out the the most potential buyer or tenant.
