I am exploring to buy a FH commercial property at Da Jin Factory Building at Upper Paya Lebar Road. I am told that when the building is due for re-development after enbloc sale, the new developers cannot dig deep to build basements as there are huge water/severage pipes going below. Hence the saleable area will be limited and the building may not fetch a higher price during enbloc sale. Is this information true? Can someone verify?
