I am looking for a mall shop space with rental not exceeding 3k per month. Am targetting office and family crowd for my products related to computer, electronics gadgets.
As cost is a big factor, preferably semi renovated. Location looking to be at town area like orchard or if not any other malls as long there is at least some shopping crowd and easily located
