I like to acknowledge that you wanted shop houses near MRT or in heavy traffic sub-urban heartlands. You may want to know that there are already pools of eager investors snapping up these units even before they appear in the mkt. Some are fulltime investors watching these. But, I will let you know if I receive such lobangs.
